Job summary

Velocitii is hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives to assist clients with auto insurance questions and deliver high-quality service from a home office. Starting pay is $16-16.50/hour with paid training; weekend premiums add $1.00/hour.

Qualifications

• 6+ months in a call-center experience.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Knowledge of cars and/or interest in learning about cars.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems.
• Experience in a virtual desktop environment.
• Distraction-free remote workspace.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Participate in virtual interviews using a computer with a working camera.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with auto insurance questions and resolve concerns.
• Document interactions and follow on-call procedures.
• Work efficiently across multiple systems and virtual desktops.
• Meet program metrics and customer satisfaction targets.
• Maintain a distraction-free, fully present remote workspace.
