Job summary

Velocitii is hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives to support members and agents in a fast-paced, work-from-home environment. You'll handle life insurance and financial service inquiries, guided by training and mentorship, with regular shifts Monday–Friday starting at 9:00 or 9:30 AM EST.

This remote role offers $16.00–$17.50 per hour with paid training, annual bonuses, merit raises, health and life insurance, 401(k), and PTO after 90 days.

Qualifications

• 6+ months in a call-center environment.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems.
• Experience in a virtual desktop environment.
• Distraction-free remote workspace.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior experience supporting life insurance, annuity, or other financial services.
• Knowledge of medical/dental terminology or claims processing.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming and place outbound calls from members and agents with professionalism and empathy.
• Assist with policy-related requests, account updates, beneficiary changes, payment options, loans, claims, and other certificate inquiries.
• Interpret policy provisions, procedures, and regulatory guidelines to ensure requests are handled correctly and timely.
• Stay up to date on products, member benefits, policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
• Meet quality and productivity goals while delivering an exceptional member experience.
• Help members make informed decisions, provide peace of mind, and deliver support when it matters most.
