Formación

• 6+ months in a call-center environment.
• 1+ year of sales experience.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Knowledge of cars or interest in cars.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems.
• Experience in a virtual desktop environment.
• Distraction-free remote workspace.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsabilidades

• Handle 40–100 calls per day depending on season.
• Highlight and sell membership benefits.
• Assist customers with auto insurance questions and resolve concerns.
• Follow on-call procedures and document interactions.
• Navigate multiple systems and maintain focus during shifts.
• Meet program metrics and customer satisfaction targets.
• Maintain a structured schedule with set start/end times.
