Five Star Solutions is seeking individuals who enjoy helping others and can provide high-quality service for callers about goods and services. This at-home role is open to residents of multiple states in the U.S. while using BYOD.

You will manage inbound calls about debit card incentives, orders, and balances, work flexible shifts, and participate in paid training. A background check is required, and the company emphasizes diversity and equal opportunity.

Competenze

• 3–6 months of customer service or support experience preferred.
• 3–6 months of call center or office background is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn quickly.
• Strong phone and verbal communication with active listening.
• Must be 18 years of age and able to pass a background check.
