Job summary

SMI Management is hiring a Customer Service Representative to handle calls and correspondence from home across the United States. You will follow standard operating procedures and contract requirements while updating SMI and State systems.

The role requires strong data-entry and MS Office skills, high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to work independently with a set daytime schedule. Compensation includes paid training and benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least one year experience in service delivery, customer service, call center technology, or related field.
• Proficient in data entry with keyboard, mouse, and 10-key; experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows products.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work independently and meet timelines.
• Experience or knowledge of SDU payment processing and state client systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer service calls and correspondence per SOPs and contract requirements.
• Document correspondence and contacts in SMI and State systems; complete system updates as required.
• Maintain accurate records and respond promptly to customer needs.
