SolvOne, LLC is hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives to support our 24/7 customer service and dispatch operation in the fueling industry. CSRs answer calls, document issues, create service cases, and coordinate contractor dispatch from home.

This fast-paced, schedule-driven role provides a company-provided computer, remote training starting Mid-November, and opportunities for advancement within a structured contact center environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Must reside in Lexington, KY area.
• Ability to learn new software and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and provide professional customer service.
• Gather accurate information and document maintenance issues.
• Create and update service cases.
• Contact and dispatch contractors to customer locations.
• Coordinate information between customers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Follow established procedures and on-screen instructions.
• Learn and use multiple software systems and petroleum-industry terminology.
• Prioritize requests and manage multiple details accurately.
