SolvOne, LLC is seeking Remote Customer Service Representatives to support our 24/7 dispatch operation in the fueling industry. You will handle incoming calls, document issues, create service cases, and coordinate contractor dispatches from your home.

This fast-paced role requires at least 1 year of CS experience, a quiet workspace, reliable high-speed internet, and strong organization. The position offers a 100% remote setup, a set schedule, and company benefits with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Reside in Appleton, Wisconsin area with eligibility to work.
• At least 1 year of customer service-related experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Dependability and punctuality.
• Good organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to problem-solve and prioritize.
• Comfortable learning new software, procedures, and terminology.
• Basic proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and internet navigation.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and provide professional customer service.
