Job summary

SolvOne, LLC is hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives to support our 24/7 customer service and dispatch operation in the fueling industry. You will handle calls, document problems, create service cases, and coordinate contractor dispatch from your home.

This fast-paced contact center role is performed remotely with a set schedule and remote training starting mid-November. Benefits and opportunities for advancement are provided.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Must reside in Lexington, Kentucky hiring area.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and provide professional customer service.
• Gather accurate information and document maintenance issues.
• Create and update service cases.
• Contact and dispatch contractors to customer locations.
• Coordinate information between customers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Follow established procedures and on-screen instructions.
• Learn and use multiple software systems and petroleum-industry terminology.
• Prioritize requests and manage multiple details accurately.
