Job summary

SolvOne is hiring a Remote Customer Service Representative to operate within our dispatch team for 24/7/365 support in the Petroleum Industry. This home-based role includes company-provided equipment, paid training, and the opportunity to advance within the organization.

You will handle phone and computer interactions to support clients, with schedules that include morning and swing shifts. Applicants should have 1 year of customer service experience and the ability to establish a productive

• Must be a resident of Appleton Wisconsin area.

• Ability to learn new information, policies and skills including software and petroleum industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Receive and dispatch technicians to client sites for maintenance issues via phone and computer interactions.
• Provide exceptional remote customer service and support to clients in the petroleum industry.
• Work from home with company-provided equipment and a stable internet connection.
• Complete computer skills assessments and training evaluations during onboarding.

SolvOne is looking to add the right candidate to our growing Remote Customer Service Representative Dispatch Team! At SolvOne, we provide 24/7/365 service for our clients in the Petroleum Industry. When a gas station has a maintenance issue, they call SolvOne and our CSRs dispatch a technician to their location to fix the issue. Set schedules available:
Morning Shift: Wednesday to Saturday 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM CT
Morning Shift: Sunday to Wednesday 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM CT
Swing Shift: Tuesday to Saturday 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM CT

Here’s what you need:

• 1 year of customer service-related experience
• A strong internet connection and the ability to setup a home office with company provided equipment
• Must be a resident of Appleton Wisconsin area
• Have a positive attitude, great work ethic and a passion for helping others
• Be dependable and committed to be at work on time and ready to do your best each day
• Dedicate your full attention to your work by not providing care for others during work hours
• Commit to superior service for our customers, and support them through both phone and computer interactions
• Ability to learn new information, policies and skills including software and petroleum industry knowledge
• Demonstrate an organized and accurate approach, have strong problem solving and prioritization skills
• Know your way around a computer, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and general internet navigation
• Work at a desk and effectively utilize a phone and computer for the length of your shift
• Successfully pass a computer skills assessment, training evaluations, and the trial service period
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Bilingual is a plus but not a requirement
