Clean Energy Fuels in Newport Beach, CA is seeking a skilled Dispatch Center Specialist to receive, evaluate, and manage service requests from customers, technicians, and sites. The role includes prioritizing issues, clear communication, and following SOPs to meet SLA, using Microsoft Dynamics and field service tools.

The shift is Wednesday through Sunday 3 pm to 12 am Pacific Time, with potential remote work if located away from headquarters, and periodic travel to local stations up to 25%.

Qualifications

• College degree and 3 years related experience and/or training.
• Familiar with dispatching and maintenance management systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Microsoft Dynamics a plus.
• Strong typing 45–50 wpm and excellent written/verbal communication.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receive, evaluate and manage service requests from customers, technicians or sites.
• Prioritize issues and communicate urgency to technicians or management.
• Follow SOPs to ensure actions conform to SLA.
• Maintain professional communication via phone, email, chat.
• Travel 10–25% to local CNG/LNG stations (when needed).
• Support call center software usage.
• Other duties as assigned.
