Job summary

Five Star Solutions is seeking individuals to assist customers calling about goods and services for clients, delivering high-quality service with a friendly, professional attitude. This BYOD, remote position requires a reliable home setup and verified internet.

You'll handle inbound calls, follow scripts, identify needs, research solutions, and may upsell when opportunities arise. Training is provided; shifts are within 5:00am–7:00pm (PST) with weekends on some schedules.

Qualifications

• Previous 3-6 months customer service or support experience preferred.
• Previous 3-6 months call center or office background experience a plus.
• Basic computer skills.
• Quick learner and able to work independently.
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills with active listening.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Background check required by state and federal laws.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls in a timely manner.
• Follow scripts when handling different topics.
• Identify customer needs, clarify information, research and provide solutions.
• Access company resources to accurately handle calls.
• Upsell products when opportunities arise.
• Switch between tasks without loss of efficiency or composure.
• Maintain punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times.
• Remain positive and professional in all customer interactions.
• Cross-train as requested.
