Job summary

Automated Health Systems is seeking a Customer Service Representative. This remote position requires you to pick up equipment at our Elkridge, MD office. You will assist individuals with information and support regarding benefits, provide accurate and consistent information, and deliver quality customer service.

The ideal candidate has call center experience and strong PC skills, with Medicaid knowledge preferred. Bilingual abilities are a plus, and a high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a call center environment.
• Experience in health/human services and knowledge of Medicaid preferred.
• Strong PC proficiency.
• High School Diploma/GED required; Associates Degree preferred in social or behavioral sciences or related field.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
