Automated Health Systems is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support beneficiaries and answer benefits-related questions. This remote role requires you to access information and provide accurate, helpful responses while upholding quality service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center environment.
• Experience in health/human services and knowledge of Medicaid preferred.
• Strong PC proficiency required.
• High School Diploma/GED required; Associates Degree preferred in social or behavioral sciences or related field.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
