Automated Health Systems is hiring remote Customer Service Representatives to assist individuals with information and support regarding benefits, with equipment pickup at our Elkridge, MD office.

You will provide accurate information, quality customer service, and help navigate Medicaid and health services. The role offers training and opportunities for growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a call center environment required.
• Experience in health/human services and knowledge of Medicaid preferred.
• Strong PC proficiency required.
• High School Diploma/GED required; Associates Degree preferred in social or behavioral sciences or related field.
