InnoSource is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to support families facing utility costs. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, guide applicants through assistance programs, review income documents, and ensure accurate processing for eligibility determinations.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with paid training and ongoing coaching. Remote position open to eligible residents within the 2-hour radius of Pittsburgh, PA; potential raises and bonuses exist.
