InnoSource is hiring a Remote Customer Service Representative to help families stay connected to essential services and programs. You will guide callers through utility-assisted applications and maintain accurate records from home.

This Monday–Friday role offers paid training and a starting wage of $16 per hour, with opportunities for raises and bonuses as you support our community and grow within the team.

Qualifications

• Patient and friendly, even when callers are stressed or frustrated.
• Stay calm and positive during busy periods.
• Comfortable with Windows and Office; able to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with utility-cost programs.
• Walk callers through applications, review income documents, and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain clear customer records and collaborate to hit program goals.
