InnoSource is hiring a Remote Customer Service Representative to assist families with utility bill programs from home. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, guide customers through applications for assistance, review income documentation, and ensure accurate processing to determine eligibility.

You will maintain organized records, work closely with teammates, and stay focused on hitting program goals in a supportive environment. Paid training and growth opportunities are available.

Remote Customer Service Representative | Monday–Friday | $16/hr + Paid Training

Every day, families in our region face hard choices about paying their utility bills. As a Customer Service Representative / Call Center Representative with InnoSource, you’ll be the person on the other end of the phone who helps them find a way through. We’re partnering with a respected local organization to build a team of caring, dependable people, and we’re hiring now.

The Quick Facts

• Schedule: Monday through Friday. Your weekends stay yours.
• Location: Remote, open to Ohio and Pennsylvania residents within a 2-hour radius of Pittsburgh, PA
• Pay: Starting at $16.00/hour, with opportunities for raises and bonuses
• Training: Paid and fully remote

Key Responsibilities

A Day in the Role

You’ll take inbound calls and make outbound calls, answering questions and resolving concerns for customers seeking help with their utility costs. You’ll walk callers through applications for assistance programs, review their income documentation, and make sure everything is processed accurately so eligibility can be determined. Along the way, you’ll keep clear, organized customer records and work closely with your teammates and supervisors to hit program goals.
