Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Representative II in Customer Service Operations to provide exceptional service to internal and external customers by phone. National coverage across time zones, handling 50–60 calls daily, with a focus on order placement, inquiries, and issue resolution.

The role emphasizes adherence to procedures, confidentiality, and contributing to a fast-paced team. Remote-friendly, with hours listed in PST, and a standard hourly wage range.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience, preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• Work experience in a fast-paced high-volume call center, preferred.
• Work experience in healthcare, preferred.
• Prior order & or re-order entry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responds to all customers inquiries (order status, discrepancies, pricing/product inquiries, complaints, returns).
• Processes customer purchase orders.
• Maintains operations by following policies & procedures.
• Maintains customers confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Adheres to departmental service levels and KPI'S.
