Job summary

Dayton Roger's Contract is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for clients. This is a full-time remote position, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.

You will answer calls, provide service information, schedule appointments, resolve issues, and maintain customer records while collaborating with contractors and other departments. A high school diploma and 1–2 years in customer service are required, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service or related experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and related software.

Responsibilities
