Dayton Roger's is seeking a Call Center Representative to join our team in a remote capacity. The role involves handling calls, providing information about our company, products, and services, and documenting customer interactions with accuracy.

Ideal candidates will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to manage a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry. Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Availability to work Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Provide information about our company, products, and services to potential and existing customers
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns with patience and empathy
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Meet or exceed monthly performance goals and targets
