Job summary

Dayton Roger's Contract is seeking a Customer Care Representative to serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and issues. You will respond to calls and emails, provide accurate service information, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining professional relationships.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in customer service, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or with a team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in customer service or related field
• Proficient written and verbal communication
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally
• Provide accurate information about services and resolve questions
• Handle customer complaints and escalations with empathy
