Job summary

Five Star Solutions is seeking individuals to assist customers by handling inbound calls about goods and services with a professional, helpful attitude. This BYOD, work-at-home position serves multiple states, including Wisconsin, and focuses on debit card incentives, orders, and balances.

Training is provided; shifts run 7:00am-9:00pm CST, Mon-Fri with every other weekend. Qualifications include 3–6 months of customer service or call center experience, strong communication and listening skills,

Qualifications

• Customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• A background check will be required by state and federal laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner.
• Follow communication scripts when handling topics.
• Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research and provide solutions or alternatives.
• Access company and client resources to accurately handle the call.
• Upsell products when opportunities arise.
• Switch between tasks without loss of efficiency or composure.
• Be available at your desk, maintaining punctuality and attendance at scheduled times.
• Remain positive and professional in all customer interactions.
• Flexibility to cross-train as requested.
