Job summary

Five Star Solutions in Wisconsin is seeking customer-focused individuals to handle inbound calls about goods and services, delivering high-quality, professional support.

This BYOD, work-at-home position covers multiple states and requires a dedicated home workspace with reliable internet. Paid training is provided, with a nights/weekends shift differential, typical hours 7:00am–9:00pm CST, Mon–Fri and some weekends.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months customer service or support experience preferred.
• 3–6 months call center or office background is a plus.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Quick learner who can work independently.
• Strong phone and verbal communication with active listening.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Background check will be required by state and federal laws.

Responsibilities

• Handle large volumes of inbound calls in a timely manner.
• Follow scripts when handling different topics.
• Identify needs, clarify information, research and provide solutions.
• Access company resources to accurately handle calls.
• Upsell products when opportunities arise.
• Switch between tasks without losing efficiency or composure.
• Be at desk on schedule, maintain punctuality and attendance.
• Remain positive and professional in all customer interactions.
• Cross-train as requested.
