Job summary

Five Star Solutions is seeking individuals to assist customers by answering inbound calls about goods and services with a high level of professionalism. This role handles debit card incentives, orders, and balances for clients.

This Bring Your Own Device position offers work-at-home opportunities for residents across many U.S. states, with required equipment and reliable internet. Candidates should have 3–6 months of customer service experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months customer service experience preferred
• 3–6 months call center or office background is a plus
• Basic computer skills
• Quick learner and able to work independently
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills with active listening
• Must be 18 years of age
• Background check required by state and federal laws

Responsibilities

• Handle large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner
• Follow scripts when handling different topics
• Identify customer needs and clarify information to provide solutions
• Access company resources to accurately handle calls
• Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
• Switch between tasks without loss of efficiency or composure
• Be available at desk with punctuality and attendance
• Remain positive and professional in all interactions
• Cross-train as requested
