Job summary

RB Global, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to provide outstanding service, answer inquiries, process payments, and support sale-day activities.

The role involves organizing and filing documents, uploading sale documents, and coordinating with multiple departments and customers to ensure smooth operations. Ideal candidates have prior in-person customer experience, strong computer skills, and a collaborative, positive attitude in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Previous work experience where you worked in-person with customers.
• Experience using computers, and able to learn to use new technology and software.
• A commitment to providing fantastic customer service.
• Able to work well and maintain a positive attitude in high-pressure situations.
• Thrive working as part of team.

Responsibilities

• Organize keys and file documents by internal coding system and Lot number.
• Upload documents to the web for each sale.
• Communicate with departments and customers signing up equipment for documents such as LOLCs and purge documents.
• Process payments from successful bidders.
• Provide customers with information about auxiliary services.
• Ensure superior customer service is delivered to all customers.
• Support RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety by following safety practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
