Job summary

Stellar Industrial Supply is seeking a remote Customer Service Representative to support customers across WA, OR, ID, and MT. You will handle orders, quotes, and inquiries while coordinating with Sales, Specialists, Warehouse, and other teams to ensure accurate, timely service.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least two years in industrial distribution or related customer service. Strong communication and ERP experience are preferred, with full-time hours and a home-based

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook/Excel).
• Strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries regarding orders, delivery status, scheduling, products, and services.
• Manage customer requests and communications with professionalism, urgency, and accuracy.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through responsive service and issue resolution.
• Follow all customer-specific requirements, guidelines, and procedures.
• Accurately enter quotes and orders into the ERP system.
• Expedite quotes and orders to meet customer expectations.
• Monitor inventory levels, including Min/Max and safety stock requirements.
• Support branch operations and coordinate with internal teams to fulfill customer needs.
• Learn and utilize automated and semi-automated customer solutions, including vending and inventory management systems.
• Assist with product, inventory, and service-related inquiries.
• Work closely with Sales, Specialists, Warehouse, Solutions, and Quality teams to ensure service excellence.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to source products and resolve issues.
• Communicate effectively across departments to support customer requirements.
• Participate in ongoing training related to Stellar products, services, systems, and processes.
• Follow safety procedures and training requirements; support continuous improvement initiatives.
