Steelcase is seeking a Sales Support Specialist for a remote role aligned with Mountain or Pacific Time. The position supports Designtex Sales Representatives with orders, quotes, and customer inquiries, ensuring accurate pricing and timely responses.

Qualifications

Two+ years of customer service experience.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Proficient in AS400 Order processing systems.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Provide timely support to Designtex Sales Representatives to ensure a great customer experience.
Support up to four Sales Representatives with sales-related tasks for opportunities and orders.
Answer the ACD line and provide timely customer assistance.
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to aid sales and customers.
Provide project management support including pre-orders and stock monitoring.
