Job summary

Stellar Industrial Supply is seeking a Solutions Coordinator to join the remote SE Region team. You will support the implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of Stellar's technology-enabled customer solutions, coordinating projects across Sales, Operations, and IT.

The role requires data management, configuring vending systems, reporting, and delivering training. Candidates should have ERP or inventory software experience, strong Excel skills, and willingness to travel up to 25%

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects, business processes, or technical implementations.
• Experience with ERP or inventory management software.
• Experience with industrial vending platforms (AutoCrib/CribMaster/SupplyPro).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Solutions implementation projects across Sales, Operations, Customer Experience, IT, and other functions.
• Prepare and maintain customer, item, bin, transactional, and user data for Solutions implementations.
• Configure Solutions platforms, including vending systems and related software.
• Build, execute, and distribute reports for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
