Inside Out Hiring is seeking a versatile Retail Support & Recruitment Assistant for a bilingual, remote role in LATAM. You will support store operations, handle customer inquiries, and provide reliable phone coverage when the primary assistant is unavailable, with potential to extend hours.

The role also includes leading initial candidate screenings, recording responses, and scheduling interviews with the Regional Manager.

Qualifications

• Based in LATAM for timezone alignment.
• Advanced English; Spanish bilingual preferred.
• Prior recruitment or screening experience is a strong advantage.
• Excellent verbal communication and professional phone manner.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and provide reliable phone coverage.
• Conduct phone interviews with candidates using a standardized questionnaire.
• Record, document, and submit interview responses for evaluation.
• Schedule qualified candidates for secondary interviews with the Regional Manager.
• Adapt and take on additional administrative tasks as needed.
