Job summary

Geeks on Site is seeking a full-time customer support representative to handle high volumes of inbound calls from home, providing product and service information, following scripts, resolving complaints, and maintaining relationships through active listening.

You will work remotely within LATAM, meet schedule flexibility to cover 7am–12am EST, and use CRM systems while logging calls. A police record and ID copy are required; paid training and PTO accompany a competitive monthly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal communication and English proficiency (B2).
• Strong computer literacy; experience with CRM systems preferred.
• Schedule flexibility to work 6 days per week within 7am–12am EST.
• Police record and copy of ID required.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers professionally and warmly.
• Listen actively, identify needs, and provide accurate information or solutions.
• Follow scripts and company guidelines to ensure consistent service quality.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate team when needed.
• Maintain accurate and organized call logs in the system.
• Multitask efficiently while navigating multiple systems and tools.
