Qualifications

• Associate Degree or 2+ years' relevant experience.
• Customer Service call center experience.
• Previous collections experience.
• Experience with selling products and services.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from customers about installation, disconnection, changes to service, and Verizon products and services.
• Identify customer needs and proactively offer our products and services.
• Contact customers by phone or in writing concerning past due payments.
• Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and disputes on service, billing, rates, adjustments and policy issues.
• Verify service order accuracy and completeness and make corrections/changes as needed.
• Work evenings, weekends, holidays and unscheduled shifts as determined by the needs of the business.
