Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls about installation, disconnection, changes to service, and Verizon products.
• Identifying customer needs and proactively offering products and services.
• Contacting customers regarding past due payments.
• Investigating and resolving inquiries and disputes on service, billing, rates and policy issues.
• Verifying service order accuracy and making corrections as needed.
• Work evenings, weekends, holidays and unscheduled shifts as needed.
