Job summary

Verizon is seeking a Customer Sales and Service Representative to join a remote team. You will handle calls about installation, billing, and service changes, identify customer needs, and proactively offer Verizon products and services.

You’ll manage inquiries, disputes, and past-due payments while maintaining service-order accuracy and meeting shift requirements, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls from customers about installation, disconnections, changes to service, and Verizon products/services.
• Identifying customer needs and proactively offering products/services.
• Contacting customers about past due payments.
• Investigating and resolving customer inquiries and disputes on service, billing, rates, adjustments and policy issues.
• Verifying service order accuracy and making corrections as needed.
• Working evenings, weekends, holidays, and unscheduled shifts as required.
