Job summary

CrowdStrike is hiring a Manager, Customer Sales to lead a team of Corporate Account Managers focused on upselling, cross-selling, and renewals across the small to midsize business segment. You will coach, mentor, and drive strategy with internal teams to grow pipeline and close rates.

The role requires 3+ years in full sales cycles and 1+ year of frontend sales management, with strong communication and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full sales cycle experience in an account management capacity selling to a technical audience (IT, Security, Engineers).
• 1+ years of frontline sales management experience with quota attainment history.
• Experience with channel sales, presales/post sales, and supporting departments to drive sales execution.
• Track record of hiring, coaching, and leading successful sales teams.
• Excellent communication and strong presentation skills, both in person and virtually.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 6-8 Corporate Account Managers.
• Coach reps on sales strategies, techniques, and best practices for presenting to customers, delivering health checks, and upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
• Grow the team’s pipeline with internal teams, apply critical thinking to help sellers be more effective, and increase close rates.
• Recruit and train new Corporate Account Managers.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering to devise and execute account strategies and plans.
• Partner with Channel Team to drive engagement and expand current investments with CrowdStrike.
• Forecast and report updates to the management team.
• Become an insider in the Cyber Security Industry and an expert on CrowdStrike products.
• Engage in customer engagements with your team to drive expansions, renewals, and align with leadership.
