The position is full-time with a Tue-Sat 10am–7pm Eastern schedule, offering remote/work-from-home flexibility across the United States.

Qualifications

• 2+ years remote call center experience in customer service, claims support or similar.
• Strong written communication skills for public-facing responses.
• Experience with social media management and CRM tools.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve customers’ needs and retain customers through retention strategies.
• Represent the Sun Auto Tire & Service brands via phone, email, chat, and social media posts.
• Respond to all customer queries, concerns, and comments on company social platforms.
• Maintain accurate customer records in operating systems and CRM tools.
• Provide a positive, professional communication style and meet targets.
