Responsibilities

• Manage programs to achieve planned revenue and profits for large customer accounts.
• Lead cross-functional meetings with operations, sales, and finance teams.
• Establish integrated project plans and governance for transparency.
• Prepare performance reporting for Operations and Customer Reviews.
• Participate in contract negotiations and SOW development.
• Support pricing/bid preparation and analyze cost variances.
• Ensure compliance and audit readiness across programs.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and timely updates.

Education
