Job summary

Celestica Inc. is seeking a Customer Program Manager to serve as the primary interface for large hyperscaler customer accounts.

The role focuses on program management, cost and P&L oversight, business development, and cross-functional leadership within a dynamic manufacturing and supply chain environment. The preferred candidate would be based in Richardson, TX, working at the Celestica manufacturing site three days a week with travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Nine or more years of relevant experience.
• Experience managing large customer programs and accounts.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the primary interface between the customer and Celestica for managing programs to achieve planned revenue and profits.
• Manages day-to-day activities of customer programs to ensure on-time product deliveries and timely project execution.
• Coordinates and hosts regular program tracking meetings with customer and internal teams to ensure ongoing communication.
• Develops plans to meet commitments and schedules for customers.
• Supports the Global Customer Business Unit with content for customer communications and reviews.
• Leads cross-functional teams in a matrix organization to implement account strategies.
• Provides performance reporting and analysis for monthly reviews and forecasting.
