Job summary

Celestica is seeking an execution-focused Customer Program Management Consultant to bridge engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain with enterprise clients. You will oversee the contract lifecycle, governance, and approvals while driving customer satisfaction.

This remote role supports the Americas region with travel as needed. A background of 10+ years in program management and PMP certification is preferred to lead cross-functional teams, plan strategies, and deliver data-driven

Qualifications

• Ten plus years of relevant experience in program management.
• Proven ability to manage complex contracts and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with pricing/bid preparation and contract development/management.

Responsibilities

• Manage programs to achieve planned revenue and profits for large accounts.
• Lead cross-functional meetings with operations to ensure on-time deliverables.
• Oversee contract governance, reviews, and approvals.
• Develop long-term agreements on processes, charges, and service delivery.
• Prepare performance reporting for Operations and Customer Review meetings.
• Coordinate SOW proposals and ensure alignment with customer needs.
• Ensure regulatory and internal compliance across programs.
