Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Customer Operations Manager to act as the primary post-sales liaison between manufacturing and North American customers. You will manage orders, schedules, and delivery coordination to ensure on-time integration into customer production plans.

The role requires strong scheduling, communication, and ERP aptitude, with travel to Los Angeles and across the continental U.S. possible; remote work is allowed depending on location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in post-sales operations, account management, or technical project coordination.
• Ability to analyze schedules, POs, and demand forecasts to resolve discrepancies.
• Excellent communication to translate customer needs to internal manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Oracle ERP experience is a plus.
• U.S. Person required due to client contracts.
• Background check and drug test clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary post-sale operational liaison with NA customers.
• Lead QBRs to report delivery performance and roadmap alignment.
• Ingest and track production forecasts with demand planners.
• Track open purchase orders and coordinate with manufacturing/logistics.
• Identify and escalate hardware defects, shipping issues, or field failures.
• Manage the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process.
• Travel up to 30% to customer sites and Silvus HQ as needed.
