Job summary

Motorola Solutions in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Customer Operations Manager to be the primary post-sale liaison between manufacturing and major North America customers. You will manage purchase orders, production schedules and delivery coordination to align with customer roadmaps.

This role requires travel to Los Angeles and across the continental U.S.; remote work may be possible depending on location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years in post-sales operations, account management, or technical project coordination.
• Experience with production schedules, purchase orders, and demand forecasts.
• Excellent communication translating customer needs to manufacturing constraints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with Oracle or similar ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary post-sales ops contact for key North America customers.
• Lead QBRs reporting delivery performance and roadmaps.
• Ingest and track production forecasts with demand planners.
• Track open POs and coordinate with manufacturing and logistics.
• Elevate hardware defects, shipping issues, or field failures.
• Oversee the RMA process for replacements and recovery.
• Travel up to 30% to Silvus HQ and customer sites.
