Motorola Solutions is seeking a Customer Operations Manager who will serve as the primary post-sales liaison between our key customers and internal manufacturing and support teams. You will manage purchase orders, production schedules, and delivery coordination to ensure seamless integration into the customer's production roadmap.

This role offers 100% remote work depending on location, with responsibilities spanning QBRs, demand planning, and cross-functional collaboration to keep customers

Formación

• 3+ years in a post-sales, account management, or technical project management role.
• English plus German or Ukrainian required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Clearance/background check required for employment.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary post-sales liaison between customers and internal teams.
• Lead QBRs to report delivery performance, quality metrics, and roadmap alignment.
• Ingest customer demand forecasts and translate into production data.
• Track purchase orders and ensure on-time delivery with logistics partners.
• Identify and resolve technical hurdles with Engineering and manage escalations.
• Monitor component performance and communicate End-of-Life notices to customers.
• Act as the Voice of the Customer to influence future product design.
• Manage Return Merchandise Authorization processes and replacements.
