Job summary

Affirms is seeking an Operations Associate to join our Customer Operations team. You will resolve escalated inquiries via email, with occasional calls, and ensure professional interactions while maintaining high QA scores.

You’ll use product and financial knowledge to resolve diverse issues and participate in training and cross-functional projects. The role emphasizes evenings/weekends availability, collaboration across teams, and documentation of processes.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience in omnichannel customer support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Bilingual English and French.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Experience in financial industry a plus.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated inquiries via email; occasional phone support.
• Maintain high professionalism and QA scores with clients.
• Leverage product and financial knowledge to resolve issues.
• Participate in ongoing training to develop new skills.
• Identify trends and opportunities; support coaching and quality monitoring.
• Assist with new products/features and ad-hoc projects.
• Manage schedules and emails to boost productivity and quality.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to address complex issues.
• Document creation: meeting minutes and procedural updates.
