Affirms is a remote-first company seeking an Operations Associate to join the Customer Operations team. You will resolve escalated inquiries via email, support customers, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience interacting with customers in an omnichannel environment.
• Willingness to support operation functions on evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
• Experience in financial industry is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Resolve escalated inquiries via email with occasional calls.
• Maintain high professionalism and QA scores with clients.
• Use product and financial knowledge to investigate and resolve issues.
• Participate in ongoing training to develop new skills.
• Identify trends and areas for improvement including coaching and quality monitoring.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects and incubation of new products/features.
• Manage schedules and email channels to boost productivity and quality.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to analyze and resolve issues.
• Create meeting minutes and procedural updates.
