BuzzTechMedia is seeking a remote Customer Onboarding Consultant to guide new clients through the onboarding journey, set expectations, and ensure each client sees the value of our services.

You'll conduct virtual onboarding calls to understand client needs, coordinate with internal teams for accurate setup, and maintain detailed CRM records, ensuring a smooth transition to ongoing account support in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

• Experience in customer onboarding, client services, or sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
