Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Customer Account Manager (CAM) to drive category growth and manage assigned customer accounts. The role emphasizes achieving annual sales targets, developing customer business plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams across Commercial Development, Sales, Finance, and Marketing to deliver strong results.

The CAM will manage day-to-day responsibilities for customers like Associated Food Stores and URM Stores, Inc, while maintaining profitable growth and building

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (business-related preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant sales or account management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with data sources such as Power BI, Circana, Nielsen
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of sales fundamentals: pricing, promotion, assortment, merchandising, and financial reconciliation

Responsibilities

• Drive category growth and achieve/exceed annual sales and spend targets.
• Maintain profitable growth to drive market share gains.
• Develop customer promotion plans based on distribution and category trends.
• Partner with Category Management and Sales Analysts to transform analytics into action.
• Own and monitor Trade Rate Report to track sales performance and profitability.
• Build strong relationships with internal cross-functional partners and with customer personnel.
• Execute on 4Ps analytics and provide actionable insights.
