Job summary

Nestlé S.A. is seeking a Customer Account Manager (CAM) – Foodservice at Retail, West, to drive profitable growth by leading national and regional customer relationships across Convenience Store, Grocery Deli, and Commissary/Bakery customers in the Western United States.

The CAM will own end‑to‑end commercial leadership, develop JBPs, and partner cross‑functionally on menu innovation and differentiated foodservice offerings.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in Foodservice, Foodservice at Retail, C‑Store, or Grocery Deli sales.
• Experience managing national or large regional accounts.
• Strong knowledge of pricing, contracts, forecasting and pipeline management.
• Proven ability to influence cross‑functionally and at senior customer levels.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
• Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own executive‑level relationships with decision makers across assigned national and regional customers.
• Lead customer strategy development, including JBPs, annual growth plans, and long‑range pipelines.
• Be the voice of the customer, translating insights into category, brand, and innovation strategies.
• Deeply understand customer operating models across deli, bakery, commissary and foodservice formats.
• Own Salesforce pipeline and drive multi‑quarter growth across Core, Innovation and Custom solutions.
• Lead pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and program development with cross‑functional teams.
• Ensure disciplined execution of pricing actions, promotions, and customer funding.
• Oversee broker execution and cross‑functional collaboration for flawless execution.
• Manage forecasting accuracy, risk, pipeline reviews, and quarterly performance.
