Job summary

Smartcat is seeking a hands-on engineer to build and deploy customer translation workflows, guide onboarding, and support renewals for enterprise customers. You will focus on L&D, websites, and marketing workflows, working across CMS, DAM, PIM, LMS, and commerce systems.

You’ll travel up to 40% and partner with Account teams to demonstrate value and resolve blockers. Key responsibilities include technical scoping, AI workflow construction, and deployment patterns that scale with client needs,

Qualifications

• Shipping software or integrations for enterprise customers is a must.
• Hands-on coding across APIs, authentication, webhooks, and data transformation.
• Experience building AI workflows and evaluating quality, reliability, latency, and cost.

Responsibilities

• Scope customer needs into technical plans with clear dependencies and outcomes.
• Build AI workflows using prompts, translation memories, and human review.
• Write and deploy integrations with CMS, DAM, PIM, LMS, and commerce systems.
• Own production readiness: security, testing, monitoring, and quality evaluation.
• Support enablement with Account teams and identify valuable follow-on work.
• Turn customer work into reusable connectors and inform Product priorities.
