Smartcat in Atlanta is seeking an AI Strategist to design and deploy custom AI workflows for strategic customers. You will work with senior executives to define value, build agents, and drive measurable outcomes across the engagement lifecycle.

You’ll collaborate with a cross-functional pod and help scale AI-first solutions while enabling customer teams and feeding insights back to product. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-moving, globally distributed team.

Formación

• Experience in a customer-facing AI, solutions, consulting, or technical role in B2B SaaS or enterprise environments.
• Track record of building AI-powered workflows, agents, or automations solving real business problems.
• Hands-on Python and AI coding tools used as the default approach to build, test and solve problems.
• Familiarity with vector databases, MCP, and RAG; ability to design end-to-end AI solutions.
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into practical, scalable AI workflows for customers.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build custom AI workflows and agents for strategic customers.
• Identify high-value AI use cases and define success metrics with customers and account teams.
• Develop and deploy new AI solutions, going beyond existing workflows.
• Train customer teams and enable adoption through change management and storytelling.
