Jerry.ai is a remote-first innovator helping people manage car and home assets with a fast, friendly experience. This role runs on two paths (sales and service) and you’ll learn the product to match customers with the right coverage across auto and home policies.

You’ll handle inbound calls, identify gaps, and help customers navigate our evolving app. Expect a collaborative team, potential equity, flexible scheduling, and fully remote work with equipment provided.

• Experience in customer service, sales or hospitality preferred.
• Friendly and positive attitude with willingness to work as a team.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Good communication skills in everyday conversation.

Responsibilities

• Take great care of our customers.
• Identify and address coverage gaps and potential discounts.
• Answer inbound calls for auto, home, and other policies.
• Learn product details across carriers and navigate the app confidently.
• Resolve barriers to the right coverage for customers.
• Process service requests for vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and documents.
• Provide feedback to improve the product and customer experience.
