Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge.

You will help clients achieve their financial goals by identifying their needs, suggesting appropriate deposit products, and supporting timely, accurate transactions. You will engage customers, educate them on services, and proactively grow relationships via a disciplined sales process while maintaining compliance with policies.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1 year of customer service or military service in an administrative role or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Preferred: 1+ year of customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
• Refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies.
